We will meet in the front parking lot.  This event will be for color guard members and DAR members who will either have colonial attire or wear a dark dress and perhaps a head veil or mantilla-like cover, but if your spouse would like to attend that is fine.

The Ellis County CG chapter, #70 will be participating in the ESPN televised opening ceremony of the fall 2026 NHRA Nationals.  All TX state CG are invited to participate.  Please confirm your participation to me by September 30, 2026.  Additional information regarding parking and admittance will be provided as it becomes available.  If you are considering attending and planning an overnight stay in Ennis or Waxahachie, book your room now as they will fill up fast if not already.  The event actually runs from Thursday -Sunday.
