The Arlington Chapter was established in 1938 and was very active in its beginning. Reactivated in 1994 by hardworking members, and the Arlington Chapter has grown ever since. Information on the Chapter history is limited. Research of Texas SAR volumes and UNT Library Archives produced the following facts through 1998.
